We are seeking an experienced tech leader to oversee our engineering function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy to drive scalability and growth.
  • Establish best practices for code quality, testing, deployment, and scalability.
  • Oversee the development of new features to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Mentor and upskill a team of developers to enhance their skills and expertise.
  • Collaborate closely with product and business teams to translate vision into tech solutions.
  • Take ownership of system performance, security, and scalability as the company grows.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years leading teams.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in modern tech stacks (Node.js, React, AWS, microservices, databases).
  • Proven experience scaling consumer-facing or marketplace products.
  • Ability to establish and enforce development best practices.
  • A builder's mindset - comfortable switching between strategy and execution.
  • Great communicator and mentor who thrives in fast-paced, growing environments.
