Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Consultant to join our team. As a key member of the global transformation team, you will be responsible for driving business process re-engineering projects and collaborating with senior operations leaders.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Own multiple workstreams of business process re-engineering projects and independently drive discussions with process owners.
  • Conduct current state assessments and design target operating models to improve business efficiency.
  • Identify pain-points and improvement opportunities in processes and assess their impact on the business.
  • Design solutions corresponding to pain-points and prioritize them through cost-benefit analysis.
  • Create business cases supporting the designed solutions and create final deliverables for stakeholders using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Additionally, as part of GSS Transformation Practices, you will contribute to practice-building activities, conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, and coach junior members of the team.
