Business Development Expert

We are seeking a Business Development Expert to play a key role in driving company growth by developing and managing strategic relationships with healthcare facilities.

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential clients within the healthcare sector.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the healthcare staffing or recruitment industry. They must have a strong understanding of the healthcare sector, particularly related to nursing staffing and temporary contracts.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead successful negotiations and close deals that meet both client needs and company objectives.
