Are you a strategic business growth expert seeking a challenging role in the plastic injection moulding industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Business Development Head to spearhead our client acquisition and partnership development efforts.
Job Description- Drive revenue growth through effective business development strategies, leveraging our vertically integrated production strengths and identifying new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, providing tailored moulding solutions based on intricate client requirements.
- Collaborate seamlessly with production, R&D, and operations teams to ensure projects consistently meet stringent quality and delivery standards.
- 8-15 years of experience in business development, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role involving P&L responsibility.
- Strong understanding of plastic materials, moulding processes, and manufacturing cycles.
- Proven experience in sectors such as electronics manufacturing, automotive parts, and consumer goods.
- Commercial acumen, including proficiency in contract negotiations, accurate sales forecasting, and effective client account management.
