Lead Growth Strategist

The role of the Lead Growth Strategist is to contribute to the development of a comprehensive growth strategy for global regions. This involves analyzing market trends, collaborating with regional strategy leads and business-line leaders, developing actionable strategies and business case analyses for growth opportunities, and building and continuously improving a databank of market indicators and competitor insights.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and implement strategic plans
  • Analyze market trends, perform competitor benchmarking, and identify new growth opportunities
  • Develop and execute action plans to drive business growth and expansion across multiple regions

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. Requirements:
  • MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, marketing, or business development
