Job Overview

Our company is seeking a skilled Guest Relationship Manager to provide exceptional client service and support.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless client experience, providing project-related information, and coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, greeting and welcoming them in a professional manner.
  • Handle front desk operations, including walk-in inquiries, calls, and appointment scheduling.
  • Assist sales and CRM teams by managing customer interactions, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Provide accurate information to visitors and guide them to the concerned department.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Manage client feedback, queries, and escalate issues promptly.
  • Maintain records of client visits, inquiries, and interactions for reporting purposes.
  • Support in organizing site visits, events, and promotional activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English).
  • Pleasant personality, confident, and customer service oriented.
  • Ability to handle client interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in real estate, hospitality, aviation, or front desk roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or any discipline.
  • Prior experience as a Guest Service Executive / Customer Service Executive is an advantage.
