Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist cul back office executive .. located in Surat. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, managing phone calls, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support. The role also includes handling clerical tasks, ensuring the front desk runs smoothly, and offering excellent customer service to all visitors and callers.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Clerical Skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
