A successful candidate will have excellent written communication skills and the ability to engage with followers in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
The ideal candidate will also have deep familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest, as well as experience using social media and online reputation management tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Community Engagement & Online Reputation: Actively engage with followers, foster a helpful online community, monitor customer reviews, and manage online reputation.
- Monitoring & Insights: Track conversations, sentiment, and engagement trends, prepare regular reports, and share learnings with content teams.
- 1–3 years of experience in community management, social media, or online reputation roles.
- Excellent written communication skills with a human, empathetic tone.
- Deep familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, and Pinterest.
- Experience using social media and ORM tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brand24).
- Complete transparency on strategy and business metrics.
