Senior Director of Client Engagement

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead client relationships and project execution across creative and marketing initiatives. This role demands a strong communicator with expertise in advertising agency management, attention to detail, and the ability to align strategic brand objectives with compelling creative work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business strategies, marketing goals, and day-to-day requirements
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and timely project delivery
  • Contribute to the development of brand strategy, digital marketing plans, and project timelines
  • Translate client briefs into actionable project plans across digital and offline platforms
  • Partner with content and creative teams to deliver structured, engaging content and campaign materials
  • Oversee the end-to-end development process — from research, concept creation, artwork, documentation, to final rollout
  • Review and edit content, artwork, and campaign messaging to ensure alignment with brand tone and objectives
  • Present creative concepts to clients, capture feedback, and ensure timely iterations
  • Pursue new business opportunities, contributing to business growth

Requirements:

  • 8–12 years of experience in client servicing/account management in an advertising or marketing agency
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing workflows
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing creative/content workflows and internal coordination
  • Familiarity with market trends and regional sensibilities is a plus
  • Ability to lead client discussions with confidence and strategic insight
