The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Business Development - Brand Partnerships to join our team at Popcorn Media. This individual will play a key role in identifying and researching potential brand partners that align with our company values, target audience, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and research potential brand partners
• Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events
• Develop compelling sales pitches and presentations to communicate the value proposition of TPM and negotiate partnership terms and agreements
• Cultivate strong relationships with brand partners, serving as the primary point of contact for ongoing communication and support
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute successful brand partnership campaigns
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the market
Requirements:
• A degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for sales and building relationships
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• 5+ years of experience in sales or business development
• Experience selling brand solutions to brands, including content-related solutions like Influencer marketing, advertisement shoots, creation of video content for advertisements, creation of animated and 2D-3D videos
• Working relationships with agencies like Groupm, Dentsu, IA, OMD, etc.
• A strong portfolio of brands and brand relationships under your kitty
Compensation and Benefits:
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of ₹25 lakhs - ₹35 lakhs per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
