We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Event Solutions and Business Development to lead our client servicing team in achieving company goals and delivering exceptional events. As the primary point of contact for key clients, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:

• Develop and implement strategies to understand client requirements thoroughly and provide tailored event solutions.
• Regularly meet with clients to review progress and address any concerns, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

  • Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the client servicing team to achieve company objectives and client satisfaction.
• Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities to foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

  • Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Develop and implement client servicing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of events, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.

  • Business Development:

• Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pursue new client opportunities.
• Contribute to the growth of the business by expanding the client base and increasing revenue from existing clients.

  • Financial Management:

• Manage budgets and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• Track and report on financial performance, ensuring the business meets its ₹15 crore revenue target.

  • Quality Control:

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Implement processes and standards to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Reporting and Analytics:

• Prepare and present regular reports on client servicing performance, financials, and client feedback.
• Use data-driven insights to improve client servicing strategies and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in client servicing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the event management industry.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale events and a business portfolio of similar value.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
