The HR Business Partner plays a pivotal role in crafting and executing people strategies that drive our hyper-growth trajectory.
This strategic position collaborates closely with key stakeholders to foster a high-performance culture, navigate complex employee relations, and shape impactful HR programs like performance management, retention, rewards, and engagement.
- Drive critical human resource metrics such as retention rates, employee engagement, and cost optimization for a fast-paced business environment.
- Establish and maintain matrixed relationships with internal and external partners across departments including C&B, Staffing, HRSS, and the business at large.
- Operate autonomously to ensure employee satisfaction and development of the team, train, mentor, and lead HR initiatives and best practices.
- Oversee HR operations, Employee Relations, and Business HR teams.
- Partner with expertise centers to tackle complex business challenges and execute corporate-wide talent initiatives.
- Utilize data analytics to measure success, learn from insights, and implement proactive actions to support business objectives.
- Develop, own, and drive HR policies and directives to ensure smooth implementation across the organization.
- Address and resolve complex employee relations issues through objective investigations and sound judgment.
