ServiceNow Test Engineer Position Overview

This role involves developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed test plans and test cases based on business requirements, functional and detailed design documents.
  • Execute tests to validate functionality, including regression testing to ensure new changes or enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionality.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases and test results.
  • Identify, document and report defects found during testing.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with client teams for completion of integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Design and implement Automated Test Frameworks in ServiceNow.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-6 years' experience in Quality Assurance in ServiceNow.
  • Hands-on experience implementing ATF.
  • Functional knowledge of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, HRSD, CSM etc.
  • Knowledge of Testing Integrations using ServiceNow and POSTMAN.
  • Experience working in Agile methodology.
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications: Certified ServiceNow Admin.
  • BE/BTech/BS, ME/MTech/MS or MCA and no-distance education.
