Job Description

As a ServiceNow SPM Developer, you will play a vital role in designing, developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet our strategic portfolio management needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to developer tasks, ServiceNow support and collaboration with process managers and stakeholders.
  • Utilize excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to deliver high-quality products.
  • Develop strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with product owners and stakeholders.
  • Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality products to our users.
  • Monitor day-to-day technical tasks to deliver them on time.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Development experience in SPM and related integrations.
  • Implementing of Demand, Project, Resource & Time Management sub-modules.
  • Strong experience in integration, data source and transform maps.
  • Implement ServiceNow workflows, business rules and data transformations to streamline processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance and security.
  • Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services, APIs and other technologies.
  • Configuring ServiceNow workflows and forms, Scripts.
  • Creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration and customization capabilities.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting and ServiceNow APIs.
  • User Management including groups, users, roles, ACLs etc.
  • Establish and maintain data integrations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
