Senior ServiceNow Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior ServiceNow Engineer to join our IT team.

This role plays a pivotal part in driving the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that support our enterprise service management strategy.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across IT and business units to deliver scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

  • Mandatory Experience:
  • A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration is required.
  • A proven track record of delivering complex ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD) is essential.
  • Experience in managing ServiceNow upgrade projects, platform migrations, and integrations with third-party systems is also crucial.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs is necessary.
  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Custom Apps/Widgets, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies is required.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow's data model, CMDB design, and Discovery is also essential.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
  • A strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities is also necessary.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities is essential.
