ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow OTM Solution Expert to lead our team in implementing and configuring the ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier production environments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing Midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, Service Graph Connector (SGC) with a strong understanding and hands-on experience.
  • The individual should have a deep knowledge of Networking concepts, including DMZ zone, Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud environment.
  • Familiarity with Industrial control systems and OT network functions, as well as basic knowledge of Purdue Model architecture is essential.
  • They will configure and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM modular platform, and develop ServiceNow ITOM configuration, including CMDB Data alignment & automated data population, data import.
  • Key skills include documenting development, configuration, and technical details, and preparing training material for project stakeholders.
  • Collaboration with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions and representing project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes is crucial.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4-12 years of experience working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier production environments.
  • Minimum 4-12 years of experience in the IT industry.
  • Good understanding of Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations and Power/Shell scripting.
  • Moderate understanding of Database level architecture, how to write SQL queries.
  • Basic understanding and ability to script automated processes, including business rules, script actions, etc.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience on implementing OT Visibility and OT Asset Management & OT Service Management module in ServiceNow.
  • Implementation of CSDM framework for Operational Technology, end-to-end data alignment process document, including CMDB & CSDM process and procedures.
