Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of experience in development, implementation, and customization of ServiceNow applications.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) module configuration and customization.
  • Familiarity with best practices in IT security, vulnerability management, and incident response procedures is also required.
  • Experience integrating third-party security data sources and tools into ServiceNow is essential.
  • Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide) and proficiency in developing Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer are necessary.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification for SIR and/or VR modules.
  • Experience supporting large-scale ServiceNow environments (10,000+ users).
  • Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules (e.g., GRC, ITSM, App Engine).
  • Experience mentoring or leading technical teams.

  • SecOps (SIR & VR) Advanced configuration and customization.
  • Solution Design Translate business requirements into secure workflows.
