Job Overview

As a seasoned professional in the field of application support, we are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Senior Application Support Engineer.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in supporting and troubleshooting applications built on .NET or PHP, along with SQL databases. They will be adept at working with the WAMP stack, managing Windows servers, and maintaining Software Development Life Cycle documentation, while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-to-end support for applications built on .NET or PHP.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and server-related issues.
  • Perform debugging, performance tuning, and deployment activities.
  • Work with WAMP stack environments.
  • Manage Windows Server OS, including configuration, monitoring, and patching.
  • Create and maintain documentation across all phases of the SDLC.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure application availability and reliability.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in application support with .NET or PHP.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Familiarity with WAMP stack and related technologies.
  • Good understanding of Windows Server administration.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
