Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our corporate sales team as an Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager. This key business role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market leadership, and strategic initiatives in the corporate space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
  • Manage direct sales through a team of sales professionals.
  • Design metrics to set monthly sales targets and oversee performance.
  • Maintain cordial relations with internal & external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Post-graduate degree/diploma in marketing/systems/operations preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in real estate sales/sales strategy/sales operations profile required.
  • Team management experience necessary.

Desirable Skills:

  • Understanding of sales process and lead lifecycle management.
  • Ability to manage a large team and its needs.
  • Fluent knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and leading CRM systems essential.
