Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our corporate sales team as an Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager. This key business role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market leadership, and strategic initiatives in the corporate space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
- Manage direct sales through a team of sales professionals.
- Design metrics to set monthly sales targets and oversee performance.
- Maintain cordial relations with internal & external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Post-graduate degree/diploma in marketing/systems/operations preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in real estate sales/sales strategy/sales operations profile required.
- Team management experience necessary.
Desirable Skills:
- Understanding of sales process and lead lifecycle management.
- Ability to manage a large team and its needs.
- Fluent knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and leading CRM systems essential.
Leadership Characteristics:
- Leadership skills with an ability to influence the team required.
- Sales orientation and attitude essential.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with targets and numbers required.
