Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers and ensure a positive experience. The ideal candidate will assist with customer inquiries, handle complaints, process orders, and support team operations to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
- Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues and offering appropriate solutions.
- Document customer interactions, complaints, and feedback in the company's CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain a strong understanding of company offerings to effectively address customer needs.
- Process payments, refunds, and adjustments as required.
- Contribute to updating FAQs, knowledge bases, and support materials to improve efficiency.
- Support customer service metrics tracking and suggest improvements for processes.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
