We are a dynamic Freight Forwarding company based in Belapur, Navi Mumbai, seeking a highly motivated Freight Forwarding Professional to join our team. This is a full-time onsite role for our Freight Forwarding Division.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in freight forwarding or a related field, with knowledge of international shipping regulations and procedures. Experience with freight forwarding software and tools is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate customer service and pricing activities for our Freight Forwarding Division
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to shipments, delivery times, and other customer concerns
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills and customer service orientation to deliver exceptional results
