  • Produce engaging content for various channels, spotlighting job openings, company culture, and industry expertise.
  • Partner with the team to write blog posts, articles, and other content that positions our brand as a leader in the recruitment industry.
  • Keep our website dynamic and optimized with fresh, engaging content that aligns with SEO best practices.
  • Enhance website performance to boost organic traffic and lead generation.
  • Build and nurture our online community by managing and responding to comments and inquiries on social media.
  • Track performance metrics to refine strategies and deliver outstanding results.
  • Create eye-catching graphics and promotional materials for job ads, social media, and marketing campaigns using tools like Canva and Adobe Suite.
  • Ensure a consistent and professional brand identity across all platforms.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing market trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in marketing, with a proven record of creativity and results.
  • Hands-on experience with Canva and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Expertise in website management, including SEO optimization.
  • Proficiency in managing social media channels like Instagram and Facebook.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Bilingual fluency in Vietnamese and English.
