Job Description

As a Guest Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay with us. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional service, resolving any issues that may arise, and promoting the resort's facilities and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, providing them with a warm and welcoming smile.
  • Attend to guest requests and queries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Allocate rooms to arriving guests, taking into account their preferences and requirements.
  • Collect guest feedback forms and use this information to implement improvements and ensure that our high standards of service are maintained.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, working to resolve issues promptly and fairly.
  • Oversee VIP guests, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service and attention.
  • Co-ordinate and multi-task job duties in a busy environment, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor even in challenging situations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a positive attitude, a genuine interest in delivering exceptional customer service, and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our guests.

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for individuals who hold a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, and who have a minimum of 4-6 years of proven work experience in a similar role.

Working Conditions

As a Guest Service Ambassador, you can expect to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will be required to be flexible and adaptable, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

We offer a competitive salary package, which includes a base salary of $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including access to on-site wellness facilities, meal allowances, and opportunities for career development and advancement.
