At Pema Wellness Retreat, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

Job Description:

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets while providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

  • Maximize all sales opportunities, proactively create new opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
  • Effectively handle and convert all guest enquiries through IVR calls, ensuring accurate information is communicated to the guest to understand their requirements and convert them into clients.
  • Handle incoming calls with courtesy and ensure efficient resolution of all guest inquiries for various resort services.
  • Assist guests in filling application forms with required information necessary for the wellness retreat.
  • Closely coordinate with the front office and billing department, communicating guest bookings with all required information as per resort standards.
  • Maintain regular and consistent communication with operational and front desk teams to ensure clear and concise handover of booking details, meeting guests' expectations.
  • Send confirmation emails to guests whose applications have been approved for the retreat program.
  • Communicate effectively with guests throughout the booking process, ensuring understanding of their requirements.
  • Meet guests on arrival at the resort and take feedback about the retreat program during their stay to understand and resolve queries.
  • Generate sales and promotions in coordination with corporate goals and strategies.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities to provide increased sales.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree with specialization in Sales and Marketing.
  • Minimum 02-04 years of proven work experience in hospitality/service industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management in Health/Wellness industry.
  • Well-versed in sending emails and presentations to top business clients.
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results in Hotel/Health/Wellness industry.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
