Senior Sales Manager for East Delhi Channel Expansion

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to lead our channel sales efforts in East Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding distribution networks, and managing high-performing teams.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to increase retail presence and product availability across East Delhi, resulting in significant revenue growth.
- Collaborate with distributors and retailers to ensure adequate stock levels, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive repeat business.
- Manage the productivity of channel partners, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
- Leverage data-driven insights to propose targeted initiatives that improve visibility and drive sales within the territory.
- 4-8 years of experience in channel sales, with a strong background in team management, relationship building, and target-oriented performance.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A deep understanding of the local market, including consumer preferences, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with an MBA preferred.
