Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to lead our channel sales efforts in East Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding distribution networks, and managing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategies to increase retail presence and product availability across East Delhi, resulting in significant revenue growth.
  2. Collaborate with distributors and retailers to ensure adequate stock levels, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive repeat business.
  3. Manage the productivity of channel partners, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
  4. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
  5. Leverage data-driven insights to propose targeted initiatives that improve visibility and drive sales within the territory.
Requirements
  • 4-8 years of experience in channel sales, with a strong background in team management, relationship building, and target-oriented performance.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A deep understanding of the local market, including consumer preferences, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with an MBA preferred.
