Senior Sales Manager Role OverviewThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager based in New Delhi. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets through Banca assurance Channel. Your primary objectives will include developing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Banca assurance Channel
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve collective sales targets
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Sales Management, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA Freshers also welcome)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry trends
We offer a competitive salary package: ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is an estimate based on industry standards for a Senior Sales Manager role in New Delhi.
