Job Title: Help Desk Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will provide end-to-end technical and general support resolution to customers via multiple channels, including phone calls, chats, emails, and tickets. They will handle customer inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring timely resolutions and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine the root cause of customer issues, research, and follow-up steps to resolve problems
  • Provide clear and concise answers to customer inquiries via phone calls and chats
  • Troubleshoot device and networking issues reported by customers, collaborating with internal teams and mobile carriers to deliver accurate and timely resolutions
  • Manage incoming customer service/tech support via phone calls, email, and chat, prioritizing tasks to meet customer expectations
  • Escalate complex issues to managers in a timely manner, ensuring professional communication and accurate issue reporting
  • Act as a single point of contact for managing customer communications, fostering strong relationships and resolving customer complaints
