  • Ensure seamless operational and technical support for personal computers, troubleshooting domestic computer hardware and software issues.">
  • Provide prompt and accurate resolution of problems and service requests, documenting all efforts for future reference.">
  • Develop detailed documentation of installation and configuration procedures for standard and non-standard software packages.">
  • Manage the deployment and rollout of software and hardware solutions.">
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of company assets.">
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base to support users.">
  • Collaborate with the Cybersecurity team to ensure network asset security.">
  • Update problem management databases with timely and meaningful information according to desktop service levels.">
  • Gather and log relevant information about issues, utilizing tools and collective knowledge to resolve them.">
  • Utilize the knowledge base to assist in troubleshooting efforts and share experiences with colleagues.">
  • Assist in deploying desktop PCs and peripherals.">
  • On-board new employees with company orientation to computer assets.">
  • Respond to voice mail and email daily.">
  • Develop working knowledge of supported desktop applications and OS software, troubleshooting and assisting with their use.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • ">
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.">
  • 2+ Years experience in Desktop and/or Helpdesk support.">
  • Prior work-related experience with current standard desktop software (Microsoft Office, Windows).">
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.">
  • Experience working with international clients in USA and Europe.">
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office; SAP knowledge is an asset.">
  • Experience with Desktop or Help Desk support is beneficial.
