We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in a technical support role.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective technical assistance to internal and external customers via email, forms, or telephone.
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to Odessa and its functionalities.
- Perform configuration changes in Odessa to meet user requirements.
- Evaluate and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams or Odessa when necessary, ensuring proper documentation of the escalation process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Prior experience in a customer service or technical support role.
- Knowledge of Odessa and its functionalities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
