Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical System Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the infrastructure, identifying and resolving technical issues, and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor server parameters on a regular schedule and report any performance issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Rerun failed tasks and provide inputs to L2/L3 teams for resolution.
  • Update items/tickets with initial responses and gather more details from business/end user teams as required.
  • Reproduce issues in testing environments and validate issue fixes based on customer inputs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in system support with a strong understanding of Java and scripting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in handling customer queries.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide support within defined SLAs.
