We are seeking a highly skilled Software Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical expertise to escalated support issues and collaborate with different teams using various tools to diagnose challenges and provide solutions to both internal and external customers.

To be successful in this position, you should have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate ideas and questions between end-users and engineers. You should also have strong SQL or database skills, excellent documentation, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

  • Solid communication, listening, and English writing skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and resolve issues independently and quickly

  • Organization skills and proven reliability: ability to work independently with little direction when necessary
