Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced technical professional to join our offshore team as a Connectivity Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless network connectivity, efficient virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) access, and robust end-user support.
The successful candidate will have in-depth expertise in Mac and Windows environments, JAMF, AVD, MDM, and virtual desktop infrastructure, along with strong troubleshooting and innovation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience with remote desktop solutions
- 10+ years of IT infrastructure or technical support experience
- Strong hands-on expertise with Mac and Windows operating systems
- Experience managing JAMF, AVD, and MDM tools and environments
- Deep understanding of VDI platforms, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
- Proficient in resolving Microsoft 365 suite issues (Teams, Outlook, Intune)
- Solid understanding of networking, VPN technologies, and internet protocols
- Familiarity with development tools such as GitHub, IntelliJ, Visual Studio, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Notepad++, and OpenVPN
- Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills
