Job Summary:

This role focuses on providing high-level technical expertise for technology infrastructure, encompassing VPNs, networking, VMware, and Azure.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implementation: Develop and implement VMware virtualization infrastructure solutions.
  • Citrix Management: Manage and optimize Citrix environments to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Network Administration: Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise networking systems to guarantee optimal performance.
  • Azure Administration: Administer and secure Microsoft Azure environments, including Azure Active Directory & Identity Services.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring incidents, as well as provide support for migrations, upgrades, and large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with security best practices and organizational policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of IT infrastructure experience, with at least 3–5 years in Level 3 / senior engineer role.
  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts (especially Incident Management).
  • Strong hands-on experience with VMware vSphere suite.
  • Good to have experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Citrix Cloud, and ADC (NetScaler).
  • In-depth knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, firewalls & switching).
  • Advanced administration of Azure Cloud services and Azure Active Directory.
  • Experience with hybrid identity management (Azure AD Connect, ADFS, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access).
  • Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
