Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage online testing and competency frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical training programs.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of training content.
  • Design and deliver hands-on learning plans, including setup of labs on cloud infrastructure and local infra for associates.
  • Manage certification programs, including identification of associates for certification, driving certification, and reimbursement approval.
  • Track learning progress and report status to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
  • 5+ years of experience in competency management, technical training, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and lab setups.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Proven experience with certifications, assessments, and skill development programs.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
