About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for delivering process training content to new hires using various learning platforms. Your goal will be to increase learner engagement, knowledge, skills, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Training Batch Management: Define barriers and execute batches according to given metrics and deadlines.
  • Maintain a repository of recommended answers.
  • Collaborate in creating training material.
  • Develop worksheets and job aids for associate reference.
  • Coach trainees and agents in language and sales techniques and strategies.
  • Create content for stakeholders/clients.
  • Conduct training sessions for associates.
  • Analyze knowledge gaps with SMEs and QAs.
  • Review and improve training content.

You Will Also

Support production associates on a real-time basis.

Collate chats for future reference.

Perform a monthly Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to pinpoint issues and fill gaps.

Conduct tests/assessments before and after training interventions.

Participate in calibration meetings (internal and external).

Develop action plans for the bottom quartile and ensure they move up the learning curve by means of special coaching/refresher training.

Broadcast updates to the floor.

Conduct small group training sessions.

Conduct chat readout sessions for associates.

Recommend corrective and refresher courses based on associate performance.

Participate in weekly business reviews and provide input as asked.

Roll out knowledge checks once a month.
