Job Title: Training Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Operations Lead to oversee the creation, management and execution of training programs in our organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with clients to understand training needs and implementing tailored training programs for successful project transition
  • Ensuring compliance to the training governance plan and reviewing/updating it as applicable
  • Identifying training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and HR departments
  • Designing and expanding training programs based on both business and individual needs
  • Working with teams to produce satisfactory programs for all relevant parties
  • Developing effective induction programs and conducting appraisals
  • Managing delivery of training programs, devising training strategies and monitoring trainer progress
  • Ensuring statutory training requirements are met and evaluating trainers/training programs
  • Amending/revising programs as necessary to adapt to changes in the work environment
  • Solving specific training problems and keeping up-to-date with developments in training research and forums
Requirements:
  • Commerce Graduate with 5-12 years of experience in F&A
  • Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level
  • Industry: Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting
