**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Instructor, Dev to join our team. As a Senior Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering technical training to customers, providing real-time support, and explaining complex features in an easy-to-follow manner.

You will also be required to develop and deliver high-quality training content, facilitate virtual workshops, and stay current on the latest developments in Salesforce technology.

In addition, you will collaborate with the Cloud Success team to accelerate feature and cloud adoption, and work closely with customers to ensure they achieve maximum value from our platform.

**Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
  • Salesforce MuleSoft Developer certification is required; additional certifications such as Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, MuleSoft Architect, or Salesforce Architect certifications are a plus.
  • Overall 3+ years of experience with a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience on Salesforce and/or Tableau products is necessary.
  • Proficiency in programming skills such as JavaScript, Java, C#, HTML, CSS, SOQL, SOSL, REST, SOAP APIs, Apex, and Visualforce is required.
