Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Technical Specialist to lead our clients in implementing and optimizing Oracle Planning Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning and budgeting with expertise in financial data analysis and strategy development.

About the Role:

  1. Lead the implementation of Oracle Planning Cloud solutions, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop effective solutions.
  3. Maintain in-depth knowledge of Oracle Planning Cloud tools and functionality.
  4. Analyzing and resolving technical issues that arise during project implementation.
  5. Develop and deliver high-quality training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders.
  6. Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  7. Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by identifying opportunities to leverage technology and drive business value.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • At least 5-6 years of experience in leading full-lifecycle Oracle Planning Cloud implementations.
  • Expert knowledge of Oracle Planning Cloud tools and functionality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
