Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of solutions as agreed with customers. You will identify areas for improvement to further revenue growth and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure collaborative teamwork.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities with existing clients by negotiating and closing agreements to maximize profits.
- Monitor key account metrics and forecast trends to communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Keep customers informed about company roadmap and new capabilities introduced.
- Transform customers into promoters by demonstrating value and obtaining new references.
Revenue Objectives
- Responsible for achieving revenue objectives by:
- Delivering projects on time.
- Aligning with Group/Account objectives and expectations.
- Productizing product capabilities as per operator business requirements.
- Creating harvesting pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales or account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
