About Growify Digital

We're now looking for a sharp, driven, and growth-oriented Business Development Associate to join our New Delhi team and play a key role in acquiring, engaging, and delighting clients.

Your Role

As a Business Development Associate, you'll support and execute the agency's client acquisition strategy, help nurture potential leads, and play a pivotal role in expanding our fashion and lifestyle portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in building and executing strategies to attract, pitch, and onboard new clients

Conduct research to identify new business opportunities across D2C, fashion, and lifestyle segments

Initiate outreach via email, calls, and meetings to introduce Growify's services and understand client needs

Collaborate on proposals, sales decks, and customized pitches

Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups

Coordinate with internal teams (design, tech, media buying) to ensure smooth onboarding

Build strong client relationships that support long-term growth and upsell potential

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to refine outreach strategy

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (internships welcome)

Passion for e-commerce, especially in the fashion or luxury space

Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal

Confident, proactive, and comfortable engaging with new people

Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn is a plus
