The Company is taking the next big leap in the financial space We've set up a dedicated Investments & IPO Division to help MSMEs navigate the capital markets and unlock scale; where it is partnering with selected strategic companies to propel their business trajectory towards lucrative expansion, professionalize and condense their sustainable growth and profitability; and finally steering these entities towards an initial public offering (IPO) within a 36-month horizon.

These investee companies get a dedicated Growth Partner / Investment Banker who works closely with the Promoter of these Investee Companies in helping to achieve the above strategic objective.

We are looking for a dynamic leader to join us as the Head of Investments & IPO Division-someone who brings a deep understanding of Private Equity, IPO, and capital structuring, and who can build a scalable division from scratch; handle the Entire Portfolio of these Companies, Manage the Team of Growth Partners, Mentor and Guide them in building the Growth Trajectory and Profitability Metrics of these Companies and ultimately leading them to an IPO.

As the Head - Investments, expectations are as follows :

- Lead end-to-end investment vertical, IPO readiness and execution for partner companies

- Build strategic partnerships with investors, investment banks, merchant bankers, and regulatory bodies

- Structure investment opportunities for growth-stage MSMEs

- Lead a team of Senior Bankers, Analysts and Associates

- Develop thought leadership in capital markets education

- Mentor, Guide and Lead the Team based on meritocracy parameters

- Portfolio Management: Oversee and nurture the development of portfolio companies, providing strategic direction and operational guidance to foster growth and market leadership

Qualifications and Requirements:

- MBA-Finance / CFA / CA

- Overall 15+ years of experience with 10+ years in Merchant Banking & 5+ years in SME IPO space

- Strong network across SEBI, NSE/BSE, merchant bankers, and legal advisors

- A visionary mindset + operational execution skills

- Passion for India's MSME ecosystem

- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
