Senior Talent Acquisition Lead

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team and contribute to the growth of our organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced HR professionals to take on a challenging role, leverage their expertise, and drive business success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and talent management, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

Employee Engagement & Relations:

  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling.

Performance Management:

  • Support implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Track KPIs and assist managers in goal setting and reviews.

HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Maintain employee records in HRMS.
  • Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

Learning & Development:

  • Identify training needs in consultation with managers.
  • Coordinate and track employee learning initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HRMS systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
