Job Overview:

Senior HR Business Partner Role

We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to drive the HR Business Partner function and Total Rewards strategy for our organization. This senior role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, analytical skills, and excellent stakeholder management abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering people strategies aligned with organizational goals, driving key initiatives across engagement, retention, and succession planning, and leading change management efforts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Lead the design, benchmarking, and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Collaborate with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.
  • Own and execute the performance appraisal cycle.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience with exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
