About the Role:

The Senior HR Business Partner will spearhead the Human Resources function, driving strategic initiatives to enhance business outcomes. This role involves developing and implementing human resources strategies that align with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic HR Partner: Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and develop effective people strategies.
  2. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Lead talent acquisition efforts to identify and attract top talent, while ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  3. HR Manpower Planning and Budgeting: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop budget plans and forecasts, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
  4. Performance Management: Drive performance management processes, including goal-setting, feedback, and compensation reviews.
  5. Talent Development: Develop and implement succession plans, focusing on talent development and retention.
  6. Learning and Development: Promote a culture of learning, identifying training needs, and delivering impactful training programs.
  7. HR Compliance and Statutory Obligations: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and policies.
  8. Labour Management: Foster a positive and productive work environment, addressing employee grievances and concerns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • MBA in Human Resource Management or related field
  • At least 15 years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing settings
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
