We are looking for a skilled SAP HCM SuccessFactors EC Consultant to lead and manage the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of our Employee Central solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring EC modules and possess strong knowledge of HR business processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) implementation projects or support
  • Conducting requirement-gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders
  • Configuring Employee Central including Business Rules, Workflows, Foundation Objects, Associations, and Events
  • Integrating EC with other SAP modules (e.g., Payroll, Time, LMS) and third-party systems
  • Handling data migration, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Providing training and documentation to end-users and client stakeholders
  • Supporting post-go-live activities including issue resolution and change requests

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors EC
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification preferred
  • Deep knowledge of EC modules such as Position Management, Job Info, Personal Info, and Global Benefits
  • Familiarity with Integration Center, OData API, and Middleware tools (SAP CPI, Dell Boomi)
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and data structures
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
