Fusion HCM Technical Expert

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned expert in Oracle HCM Cloud to join our team. As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting complex technical solutions for our clients.

Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining integrations, reports, and large data imports/exports using Oracle Fusion HCM modules, with a strong emphasis on US and Canada Payroll.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and develop technical solutions, and ensure seamless execution of projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop technical solutions for complex business problems
  • Maintain and enhance existing integrations, reports, and data imports/exports
  • Develop and implement new technical features and enhancements
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to technical implementations
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in technical development, with a strong focus on Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, particularly US and Canada Payroll
  • Strong skills in SQL/PL SQL tuning and programming
  • Experience with Fast Formula development and RTF template updates
  • Proficiency in BIP and OTBI development and support
  • SDLC and JIRA knowledge
  • HDL experience and HCM Extracts expertise
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
