Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors payroll implementation to take on a critical role.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Succession & Development modules of SAP SuccessFactors, with a proven track record of delivering successful system configurations, data migrations, and integrations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Configuration and Integration: Design and implement comprehensive integration strategies for SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring seamless interactions between systems.
  2. Implementation and Testing: Develop and execute testing methodologies, including user acceptance testing processes, to guarantee high-quality deliverables.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and ongoing support.
  4. Problem-Solving: Utilize exceptional problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and optimize system performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in SF – Employee Central Payroll implementation.
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Succession & Development modules (SAP Certified consultant / Application Associate preferred).
