Job Title: Experienced Consultant Needed for SuccessFactors Implementation

Are you a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementing and supporting HR solutions? Do you have a proven track record of successfully deploying SuccessFactors RCM, RMK, and ONB modules in global environments?

  • Design and maintain career sites, candidate pipelines, and onboarding workflows
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, functional specs, and test scripts
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across geographies
  • Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance while working on a VDI-based remote setup
  • Train end-users and provide post-go-live support
