Senior SAP Consultant Job Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in Onboarding (ONB) 2.0.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementations with 8+ years of experience
  • Strong experience with Onboarding 1.0 and Onboarding 2.0, including hands-on configuration
  • Good knowledge of Employee Central and Recruiting Management, including integration touchpoints
  • Prior experience in upgrade/migration projects from 1.0 to 2.0 highly preferred
  • Ability to run workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and client presentations
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications in ONB 2.0
