Job Title: Oracle HCM Expert

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Support learners in achieving Oracle Certification.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training content.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Strong knowledge of modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent, and Recruiting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
